Somehow, humanity is walking towards a rather crazy culture of accepting all kinds of sex both in and outside marriage. It seems, however, that not all part of the world is walking that lane as it has been revealed that already people in Japan are giving up on sex.
A recent research carried out has shown that because of this, the population of the country is rapidly shrinking even though it has a life expectancy of 85 years.

According to the survey that took a look at people between the ages of 18 and 34, almost 70 percent of unmarried men and 60 percent of unmarried women are not in a relationship.
What is more is that many of those are not even interested in sex as close to 42 percent of the men and 44.2 percent women have been found to be virgins.
The result of this, which could as well be as a result of the people being too busy or even shy to procreate has the fertility rate of the country to just 1.4 children per woman.
Let’s get it a little further in perspective. It is only Monaco that has a lesser birth rate in the world which is put at 6.94 children per 1,000 people. Japan which has the second-lowest birth rate has 7.31 per 1,000 people.
The bad news is that it is even possible that many people having sex could as well be having it with sex dolls. This is because while people are not having sex or procreating, the sex doll market keeps rapidly expanding.
More so, there are sex doll brothels in the country and as far back as 2014, the sex doll market was already reported to have attained a massive height.
Already, even as the country is giving up on sex in general and conventional one in particular, its government is becoming more worried that “celibacy syndrome” may soon sweep the youths away and leave the country with population crisis in the future.
As things stand, the country’s population in 2012 was 127 million and it is expected that it may drop to as low as 87 million by 2060. It may even be worse.
